Painless Backpacking Dinner Recipes


As you already know if youve read our other uncomplicated backpacking recipes, it is very very important to consume nutritiously and drink lots of water although backpacking. Country Chicken and Rice

Combine 1 cup instant rice with 1 cups boiling water

Stir in a single packet onion soup mix

Add 1 smaller can of chicken

Stir till warm

Fiesta Trail Chicken

In a smaller sandwich bag combine:

1 cup instant rice

1 packet tomato soup mix

Spices (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and so on.)

At camp, add 1 cups boiling water to dry components and stir in a smaller can of chicken.

Other dinner suggestions incorporate:

Compact canned hams that demand no refrigeration

Fresh vegetables for first night dinners (broccoli, corn on the cob, green beans, and so on.)

Soup cups

Canned foods (ravioli, Spam, beanie weenies, beef stew, and so on.)
